These terms govern your use of xynexglobal.com, operated by Xynex Global Private Limited (CIN U27500DL2025PTC459734). By using this site or making a payment through it, you accept them.
The site presents our products and services, lets you raise an enquiry, lets you make a payment towards an agreed order or invoice, and gives authorised users access to our business applications.
Product listings marked "Coming Soon" are indicative. They are not an offer to sell, and availability, specification and price are confirmed only in a written quotation or invoice we issue to you.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. The amount you pay is the amount shown on the payment page before you authorise the transaction.
A payment is treated as received only once it is confirmed by Razorpay. A debit shown by your bank that is not confirmed to us is reconciled and, if it did not reach us, refunded by the payment processor in the ordinary course.
You are responsible for entering a correct reference so that your payment can be matched to the right order or invoice.
Goods and services tax is charged where applicable and is shown on the tax invoice we issue.
You will give accurate information, you will not use this site unlawfully, and you will not attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you are not authorised to use.
We provide the site as it is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
